COLOR MANAGEMENT HELP

Hey :boogie:

I've noticed that (at least) my latest digital pictures [link] look really desaturated on PC screens, or at least the one I checked.....so I want to ask everyone if you could please tell me how you see them. For me (on a Mac) the thumbs look desaturated but the full-res are really colourful, as they should be.

And PLEASE SOMEONE TELL ME HOW TO FIX THIS COLOR MANAGEMENT THING ONCE AND FOR ALL >.< :cry:
